Usage Policy

1. Scope

This Usage Policy (the "Policy") sets the rules for using the Tasawur platform at tasawur.ai and every related application, interface, feature and service (together, the "Service"). It is part of the Tasawur Terms of Service (the "Terms"), and words defined there mean the same here.

Using the Service means agreeing to this Policy, and a breach of this Policy is a breach of the Terms.

2. One person, one account

• Each account belongs to the one person who created it and is tied to one verified identity. Hold one account only, for yourself.
• Do not share your account or your session, let anyone else use it, or use someone else's.
• Do not sell, rent, lend or transfer an account.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account until you tell us it has been compromised.

3. Fair use and allowances

Each account has an hourly allowance of analyses and chat messages, shown under Settings then Usage. The hour starts with your first use, and unused allowance does not carry over.

• Allowances are per person: using several accounts, devices or identities to get more than one is not allowed.
• Do not try to get around an allowance, a limit or any other fair-use control.
• We may change the allowances and how they are measured, and may set lower limits for an account used in an unusual or abusive way.

4. No automated access

The Service is made to be used by a person, through its own interfaces. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, do not:

• use bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, headless browsers, macros or other software that imitates a person to use the Service;
• call the Service's interfaces, endpoints or sockets other than through the app, as a person using it would;
• copy, extract, mirror or store Content from the Service in bulk or systematically;
• reverse engineer the Service or try to discover its code, models, prompts, rules or checks;
• disrupt or overload the Service, its providers or its users, or test its security without our written permission.

The public pages of the Service, such as this one, the About page, the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, may be read and indexed by search engines and AI assistants.

5. Use of plans, analyses and content

Plans, analyses, chart images, chat answers, records and every other output of the Service (together, "Content") are for your personal use, as information. Do not:

• republish, resell, forward or share Content with others, including in groups, channels, websites, apps, courses or signal services;
• present Content as your own advice or as anyone's recommendation;
• use Content to give investment advice, signals, copy trading or account management to others;
• use Content to train or evaluate a machine learning model;
• remove or change a notice, a grade or an attribution that comes with Content.

You may quote a short extract in a personal conversation, presenting it as the output of an automated analysis.

6. Conduct in the chat, in support and in our Telegram bot

When you write to the AI analyst, to our team or to our Telegram bot, do not:

• send anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, obscene or harmful to others, or anything that infringes someone's rights;
• send another person's personal data without their permission;
• send passwords, verification codes or payment card details: the chat, support and the bot never need them, and a trading account password is entered only in Settings, Trading account;
• try to manipulate, override or extract the instructions of the AI analyst or our assistant, or use them for purposes unrelated to the Service;
• insult or harass our team, send knowingly false reports, or open repeated conversations without reason.

We may decline or close anything that breaks this section, and limit or end the account behind it.

7. Honesty in access verification

Free access is granted on the information you give about your trading account with a partner broker. Do not:

• submit an edited, generated or misleading screenshot or document;
• submit a demo, contest or test account, or an account that is not live, funded and in your own name;
• submit or use another person's account, deposit or identity;
• misstate how an account was opened, or the amount or source of a deposit;
• use any other dishonest means to get or keep access.

An automated check reads each screenshot, and we may confirm with the partner broker whether the account is registered under our partner arrangement and funded. Access obtained with false information may be withdrawn at any time.

8. Markets and third parties

• Do not use the Service or Content for market abuse, manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful activity.
• Do not use the Service against the terms of a broker, a data provider, a messaging platform or another third party whose service you use with it.
• You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including any rule on trading leveraged products where you live.

9. Security

• Keep your Telegram account, your devices and your sessions secure, and sign out of shared devices.
• Do not try to reach an account, data or function that is not yours, or to bypass any sign in, verification, limit or security measure.
• If you find a vulnerability, tell us privately through support, give us time to fix it, and do not use it or test it against other users.

10. Enforcement

We decide, acting reasonably, whether this Policy has been broken. Depending on how serious it is, we may:

• warn you, or ask you to change what you are doing;
• remove or decline content, close conversations, or reduce allowances;
• suspend or restrict the Service for your account;
• close your account and decline a new one;
• keep the relevant information, and share it where the law requires or allows.

11. Reporting a breach

If you think someone is breaking this Policy, write to support@tasawur.ai or use Get help inside the Service, with as much detail as you can. We do not tell anyone who made a report.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may change this Policy. The version in force is the one published at tasawur.ai/UsagePolicy and inside the Service, with its date and version at the top. Using the Service after a change takes effect means accepting it.
